It was a very cosy and fruitful day in the Lower East Lab. The Japanese delegation came to the lab, to attend a full day program with an intense workshop during the day and a relaxed network dinner in the evening. The delegation was a group of Japanese culture workers and politicians. Their objectives were “to feel the spirit of Berlin”, “get creative, exchange ideas with Berliners“, and “seek for potential mid-long term inter-city/inter-regional initiatives”.
