Lower East are working on the graphic stuff for the European Ceramic Context 2014, a part of a biennial event for contemporary European Glass and Ceramics on the island of Bornholm, Denmark. It is a great event with participants from 29 European countries. Through exhibitions, workshops, master classes and lectures, European contemporary ceramics are presented and discussed. The last days in the Lower East Lab have been exiting and intense, finishing the big exhibition catalogue – checking matchprint of photos, doing the last proof reading together with Project Director Susanne Jøker Johnsen. The catalogue is now off to the printers – looking forward to seeing it printed – and now we go on creating invitations and posters for the event. Read much more about European Ceramic Context 2014 on the website and see the many events you can participate in. Opening will be on 13. September 2014.
